"España Circular 2030" lays the foundations to promote a new production and consumption model in which the value of products, materials and resources are maintained in the economy for as long as possible, in which the generation of waste is minimized and take advantage as far as possible of those that cannot be avoided. The Strategy thus contributes to Spain's efforts to achieve a sustainable, decarbonised economy, efficient in the use of resources and competitive. This strategy will materialize through successive triennial action plans.
