It must take into account that frozen products, and specially fishery products, althogh they are frozen, they can suffer not only michrobiological damage, but also sensorial damage if they are not correctly packaged. Furthermore, it is important to control the cold chain in these products, and for doing so, there are systems like intelligent packaging.
