Kick off of the European FOX Project leaded by DIL where AINIA participates

The European project FOX (Innovative down-scaled FOod processing in a boX) led by the German DIL center started in 2019. This is a 4.5-year project involving 25 centers from different countries, including that is AINIA.
The FOX project is focused on the development of innovative small-scale technologies in mobile or flexible units for fruit and vegetable processing. This approach aims to bring SMEs and small producers closer to technologies that allow fruit and vegetables to be processed in a sustainable manner and keeping their properties. In this way it is also intended to contribute to the development of the local economy.
The participation of AINIA focuses on the development of fresh-cut products using a more sustainable packaging system. |
