New technology for improving the PLA properties

Recently it has been published a scientific paper where it is achieved an improvement in PLA characteristics using Graphene Oxide and single-walled Carbon nanotubes.
According to the study, it is achieved a good dispersion, that becomes in a reduction of the OTR in a 67%, that also implies an improvement in the Oxygen barrier, as well as an improvement of 75% in the tensile strength. |
